In Biology 101/102 Lab, Genetics Lab, and Chemistry Lab, I fulfilled various lab activities, including: attempting to correct a deliberately introduced mutation in a gene to its original wild type sequence by using CRISPR based base editing, extracting DNA from from Round-Up GMO soybeans, using chemical tests to identify biologically important molecules, becoming familiar with the components of a compound microscope, performing an experiment designed to demonstrate enzyme inhibition, and many more!
